Michael Hudson, Research Associate

Michael Hudson started to work with Christian Research in October 2007 when we were still in Eltham. Michael brings us his knowledge and experience from 37 years working for various government departments as an Operational Research analyst, a profession which uses statistical techniques and mathematical modelling to address business problems.  Most recently, he worked in HM Revenue & Customs, mostly on helping to drive improvements in customer contact activities for income tax, national insurance and tax credits.

"As I approached retirement I wanted to apply my professional skills in Christ’s service, and finding a role in Christian Research certainly fulfills that.  Two of my great passions are brought together, and that is very exciting!  I am not motivated by undertaking analysis and research for its own sake, and fully support Christian Research’s principles that our work should be purposeful within the Kingdom of God and strongly customer-focused.  I am convinced that the team Benita is building will make a considerable impact in the coming years, and it is a privilege to be part of it.”
